what will we ask from you if you become a mobile innovator?
We will ask our mobile innovators to participate in surveys or we may ask if you would like to try, test and evaluate one of our mobile services.
most of the surveys or evaluations can be done via the computer or your mobile phone. We may also ask if you would like to come to our office and participate in evaluations if you live close by.
the interviews can be conducted alone or in groups. We will of course tell you about it before you commit to participate. The single interviews are often 1-2 hours. Group interviews 2-3 hours. we may video or audio record the interview. If so we will of course inform you beforehand.
how often will you contact me?
It varies how often we will contact you. Sometime more than other but usually only 2-4 times a year. You will be contacted by e-mail or by phone.
what's in it for me?
Each time you participate in a survey or an evaluation of a mobile service you will be rewarded with points (1 point = 1 US$). When you have earned a minimum of 10 points, you can choose to redeem them for one of the gifts in the gift gallery. We normally reward face-to-face interviews with 20-50 points according to the length of the interview. Surveys will be rewarded according to its size with 2-15 points.
